This rice is used to call 'tinta' when cooked it makes a red violet color. Has a sticky texture, a beautiful outcome for cuisine dishes, and delicious too! :) We stayed for 3 nights at one of our relatives house. The dinner, supper, lunch they have is this kind of rice, fish, veggies and more. It's all healthy! No wonder there active and strong :)
